about
Fiorella Kukuli is a Peruvian graphic designer based in Berlin with a love for branding, packaging, and anything that tells a good visual story. With a background in Organizational Psychology, she’s always thinking about what drives people — and how design can speak to that.
Fiorella creates visual identities that not only reflect a brand’s personality but also resonate on a human level. Whether it’s packaging for a startup or a full brand refresh, her approach is thoughtful, intentional, and never just about looking pretty.
Currently open to new opportunities.
Before design, I studied psychology, and it still shapes the way I approach my work. I’m always thinking about how people perceive visuals, what motivates them, and how a brand’s tone, color, or layout can influence emotion or decision-making. For me, branding isn’t just a logo, it’s how a brand feels when someone first encounters it.
I see design as a way to bridge ideas and people, to make something not just beautiful, but meaningful, strategic, and human.
WHY PSYCHOLOGY MATTERS IN MY DESIGN
MY JOURNEY
I didn’t take the straight road into design. I started in psychology, fascinated by human behavior and decision-making. That curiosity led me to digital marketing, and then into the world of visual communication — where I realized I could combine all of it: emotion, strategy, and creativity.
Since then, I’ve been building my path as a designer, always learning, and always aiming to create work that resonates. I’m especially drawn to projects with purpose — whether in health, social good, or lifestyle — where design can make a real impact.
MY EXPERIENCE
I hold a degree in Graphic Design and Visual Communication from Berlin International University, and a Bachelor's in Organizational Psychology from Universidad de Lima. This dual background helps me blend strategic thinking with creative intuition — connecting brand purpose with real human impact.
I was one of five creatives selected for Anomaly Berlin’s Unschool program, a competitive three-month incubator run by the global agency Anomaly. There, I worked on real client briefs for brands like Tonies, Lidl, and German rapper CRO, alongside industry mentors, sharpening my conceptual thinking and deepening my understanding of branding across industries.
After Unschool, I began freelancing with clients like Oviva, collaborating with their marketing and growth teams to design performance-driven Meta ads. I’ve also worked on packaging design for brand launches, helping emerging brands tell their story through distinct, effective visual systems.
From branding to campaigns and packaging, I aim to create design that’s visually strong, strategically grounded, and always user-focused.
